Kathleen Lois Waters, 47, passed away unexpectedly last Christmas day at RI Hospital. She was born in Providence, a daughter of Kathleen (McElroy) Waters and the late Thomas Waters. Kathleen was a home maker and had lived in Providence several years.

Besides her mother, she leaves a daughter, Melissa Waters and a son Daniel Waters. She also leaves 4 brothers, Thomas, Bernard, James and Richard Waters, a sister Deborah Waters and 3 Grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Services were private.
