Juanita Rivera, 95, of East Providence, passed away on Friday after a long illness. She was the wife of the late Julio Cruz. Juanita was born in Ponce, Puerto Rico. She had moved to Rhode Island several years ago and had lived in East Providence many years befopre her passing.
She is survived by 2 sons, Virgilio and Raul Cruz both of the Bronx, NY, 3 daughters,Iris Cruz of Providence, Maria Cruz of the Bronx and Maria de Los Angeles of Puerto Rico, 20 beloved Grandchildren and numerous Great Grandchildren.
Visitation in the Charles Coelho Funeral Home, Central Falls, will be held WEDNESDAY from 8:30 AM with a Service at 10:45 AM. Burial will follow at Resurrection Cemetery, Cumberland.
