Frances Elizabeth Jones, 55, of Woonsocket, passed away July 24, 2017 at Landmark Hospital. Shookie Jones to those who knew her best, she was a loving wife, mother, nana,auntie, and friend.
Frances was born in Providence, RI on September 3, 1961. She enjoyed fishing, movies, video games, and spending time with her family and pets. She loved traveling to new places, having held residences in Louisiana, Illinois, Maine, Missouri and Rhode Island. Frances is preceded in death by her parents Joseph and Willie Mae Jones; four brothers Joseph, David, Johnny, and Freddy Jones; four sisters Betty Jean & Lillie Pearl Jones, Barbara Ross, and Willie Mae Baker.
Frances is survived by her two sisters Josie Marie Robinson and Dorothy Jones of Providence; Six daughters Doliesha Hazard, Donella Turner, Christy Thompson, Willie Mae Amaral, Sharda Amaral, and Frances Gardner; Three sons Gabriel, Simao, and Kyle Mello; Six granddaughters Savannah, Shania, Daizha, Jazmai, Amorah, and Londyn. ; Six grandsons Dion, Xavier, Jayden, Keymani, Jordan, and Jalen; Neices Melissa, Dorothy, Demetria, Maxina, Renee, Ganelle, Nookie, Lisa, Vonnie, Tracy and Burdette; Nephews Greg, Christopher, Terry , Freddy jr, John, and Joey; as well as her dogs Arianna, Nunu, and Roxanne.
Visitation will be held at Charles Coelho Funeral Home 151 Cross St, Central Falls, RI from 1pm to 3pm. Repass will be at Davie Lopes Rec Center, 227 Dudley St, Providence, RI at 5pm.
