Evelyn Mae Ostrowsky

Evelyn Mae Ostrowsky,  65, of Bear Hill Rd, passed away peacefully at Hope Hospice And Palliative Care in Providence after an illness. Born in Providence, she was a daughter of the late Harry H. and Doris E.. (Chace) Oxx.  She had lived in the Blackstone Valley area most of her life. She was an avid ‘Elvis Presley’ fan and named her cockateel “Elvis'’ and she loved her cat ‘Harry’.

 She is survived by 16 siblings, Virginia, Victoria, Doris, Grace, Louise, Hope, Beatrice, Mildred, Rosemary, William E., Hugh M., Thomas H., Steven C, Harry Jr., and Scott W. Oxx.  She also leaves numerous nieces and nephews.

A Celebration of her Life will be held Friday, January 26th, at the Blackstone Valley Church, 141 Bear Hill Rd. Cumberland at 3:30 PM. Relatives and friends are invited to attend.  Burial, at No. Burial Ground will be private, at the convenience of the family.
